Though it is very difficult to find one a Diabetic can eat. I was asked by Clever Girls Collective to share a healthy recipe with the delicious Dannon Oikos Greek Yogurt. Yogurt is probably one of the oldest foods around. Some flavored yogurts have as much or more than 24 grams of sugars, or about 6 teaspoons. Having said that let me start telling the truth about GREEK yogurt.

Protein helps you feel fuller for longer and also helps stabilize blood sugar, which is why Greek yogurt is very appealing for a good snack! Even those that do may not have the right mix of healthy microflora to repopulate your inner ecosystem. Research those sweeteners, they are controversial and linked to many health problems. // I’m not sure if my error was in using skim milk, or not using a name brand Hidden Valley pack, but I love ranch and didn’t particularly care for this at all.
